Head of People

As our Head of People, you largely define what this role looks like and serve as a key figure in our company's success. Jouw Web (internationally known as Webador) is a bootstrapped and fast-growing SaaS organization. Our ambition is clear: by 2030, we want to help 1,000,000 small business owners worldwide with their online presence. In our next growth phase, we want to continue doing that with a compact team (currently 55 people), which is only possible if we raise the bar for talent, leadership, performance, and employee satisfaction even further!

You will work directly with Wouter (founder and CEO) and take a seat in our Leadership Circle (7 people). The HR operation is up and running and 'lean'; we like to keep things simple (just like you) and are not looking for a laundry list of HR rules and rigid processes. You will work alongside an HR Advisor and an Interim Recruiter, and you can shape the future of the team yourself.

With your backpack full of experience, you will take us to the next level by building a performance-driven culture, driving leadership and organizational development, and attracting and retaining top talent.

• Strategic leadership
  :
  As a sounding board for the CEO and member of the Leadership Circle, you contribute to our strategic direction and translate it to the organization. Additionally, you coach our team leads so they can grow in their roles and help their teams scale.

How you tackle these and in what order is largely up to you

• You have extensive experience in a senior people role, preferably within a fast-growing tech or SaaS company, at a level where you truly sat at the decision-making table.

• You think from the business perspective, not just from the people perspective: you quickly understand how our business model works and link every plan to its ROI.

• You are approachable for everyone in the company, and agreements you make are properly documented and followed up.

• You love simple, effective solutions and are hands‑on enough to pick up projects yourself.

• You use AI daily and have already transformed your own way of working with it.

• You get excited about our core values and want to sharpen them further in practice.

• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English and are available for 24 to 32 hours per week.

• €6,000 to €7,500 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience.

• An attractive bonus scheme based on company performance.

• A learning and development budget equal to 5 percent of your annual salary.
