Search Staffing Services is looking for an experienced Consulting Manager to join and help grow our recruitment business.

This is a role for a seasoned recruitment professional who understands the agency business, knows how to build client relationships and has the experience and drive to lead from the front.

You will be responsible not only for delivering senior recruitment assignments, but also for developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of other consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
, from business development and requirement gathering through sourcing, assessment, negotiation and placement.

Develop new business and client relationships
, identifying opportunities and building long-term partnerships with companies across Singapore.

Manage and grow key client accounts
, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and providing market intelligence, candidate insights and hiring advice.

Mentor and support recruitment consultants
, sharing effective sourcing, headhunting, candidate management and business-development strategies.

Drive team and individual revenue performance
, setting recruitment priorities, managing pipelines and contributing to the overall growth of Search Staffing Services.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).

Substantial experience in agency recruitment / executive search
, preferably with a proven track record in both candidate delivery and business development.

Strong client acquisition and account-management abilities
, with the confidence to engage hiring managers, HR leaders and senior decision-makers.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor or manage recruiters
, or the strong potential and experience to take on a leadership role.

Highly commercially driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
, with the ability to work independently, build a recruitment desk and take ownership of revenue and business growth.
