Position: Warehouse Recruiter Hybrid Role

In this full-time role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with warehouse recruitment activities. The position requires you to post job openings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks. You will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle from requisition to hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on diverse recruitment platforms

• Screen and review incoming job applications

• Schedule interviews with warehouse management

• Conduct thorough background checks for candidates

• Manage recruitment cycle for administrative roles

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience

• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability

• Proactive and capable of working independently

• Bilingual in French and English
