• Identify and develop new business opportunities, positioning Harbinger Network as the recruitment partner of choice for prospective clients
• Build and grow your own portfolio of client relationships
• Leverage our existing client database & lead generation to accelerate your pipeline
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Draw on internal resources and team support to fill vacancies efficiently
• Collaborate with the broader team to match the right candidates to the right roles
• Support your business development efforts with social media outreach and marketing activity to build your personal brand and pipeline

• A collaborative, relationship-based approach to business development
• A demonstrated track record of sales success
