• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Provide follow-up on leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires from your referrals
