• Utilize our exclusive platform along with your personal network to find prospective healthcare candidates
• Reach out to potential candidates, introducing MLR's opportunities and assessing their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Maintain engagement with leads to support their journey and keep their interest alive
• Record and update essential information accurately in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the number of meetings established, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your outreach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An energetic, self-driven approach — you dictate your schedule
• Passion for outreach, making connections, and guiding others in their career journeys
• No previous recruiting experience required — we'll provide the training if you bring organization and resourcefulness

This is a commission-only role, rewarded based on your performance. You can fully control your earning potential without restrictions on your success.

Compensation will depend on:

• Commission for each meeting you schedule with qualified candidates
• Additional rewards when interviews occur following your outreach
• Larger commission percentages for bringing in new business
• Bonus commission for successful placements that result from your efforts
