As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and sourcing potential healthcare candidates via our exclusive platform and your personal network.
• Engaging with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest.
• Arranging meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluation.
• Regularly following up with leads to sustain interest and support the hiring journey.
• Keeping accurate records in our applicant tracking system to ensure the flow of information.
• Earning commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads.
