Location:
Westminster Bridge, London Job Type: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office, 3 days working from home) Contract Duration: 3 months initially Rate: : £18.44 per hour PAYE plus holiday / £23.35 per hour Umbrella;(May be some flexibility) We are seeking a Reward Project Analyst to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Reward, HR/People Analytics, workforce data, or organisational design who is skilled at working with data and transforming it into meaningful insights.
Day-to-day of the role:
Work closely with the Reward Lead and the wider People team to support various reward and people projects. Analyse reward, pay, grading, and workforce data to aid informed decision-making. Support pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and grading activities. Maintain and develop role profiles, job families, career pathways, and job architecture. Utilise Excel to manage and analyse data, identify trends, and produce reports.
Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reward information. Produce reports, analysis, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders. Support annual reward activities, organisational change, and wider reward projects. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit trails. Collaborate across People, Payroll, Finance, and Systems teams. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Experience working with HR, reward, pay, or workforce data. Excellent attention to detail and confidence in handling large data sets. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly. Experience in producing reports and materials for stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in Reward, job evaluation, market benchmarking, grading structures, job architecture, or role profiling is advantageous.
