Description:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for People Operations and corporate roles from intake through offer.
- Build target-company lists, market maps, and reusable talent intelligence for priority searches.
- Research target-company culture, structure, and organizational dynamics.
- Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
- Represent Clover’s mission and multi-business operating model to candidates.
- Lead confidential director- and VP-level searches with retained-search rigor.
- Use AI tools for sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management while evaluating their limitations.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and Head of Recruiting on calibration, slate quality, and hiring standards.
- Keep hiring managers and recruiting teams informed about market conditions, candidate sentiment, and pipeline health.
- Influence hiring managers with data and support proactive sourcing practices across the recruiting team.
- Demonstrated success recruiting leaders across corporate functions, including director or department-head roles.
- Experience building target-company lists and market maps from scratch.
- Track record of identifying and hiring passive candidates through proactive outreach.
- Ability to present and sell a company mission to senior candidates, including explaining Medicare Advantage and SaaS businesses.
- A clear, practical point of view on AI sourcing, research, and recruiting tools.
- Experience creating reusable recruiting workflows, prompt libraries, or research templates adopted by a team.
- Experience conducting confidential searches and partnering directly with C-suite leaders.
- Ability to work independently in a complex, fast-changing environment without a fixed runbook.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills, including data-based pushback with hiring managers.
- Availability for a six-month contract and fully remote work.

- Estimated base salary range of $76,900–$120,000 USD.
