• Own end-to-end outbound sourcing and recruitment for U.S.
  
  -based software engineering and technical roles.
• Design and execute high-volume outbound campaigns, including cold email sequences and cold calling.
• Manage candidate communication and pipeline updates throughout the recruitment process.

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing U.S.
  
  -based startup.
• Proven success sourcing and closing U.S.
  
  -based software engineering hires.
• Strong hands-on experience with outbound recruiting and AI-powered sourcing tools.

• Six-day work week with late India-time hours for U.S. overlap.
