Regulatory Compliance Specialist

This senior role reports to the Senior Manager of Employee Relations and operates with autonomy to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and draft legally defensible reports. You will partner with Employment Counsel and Leadership to determine corrective actions, track trends, and guide policy applications.
