Kodex is hiring our second recruiter to work across the full surface area of the business. You’ll own your reqs end-to-end from day one, and report directly to our Founding Recruiter as we scale. Our search bench spans it all: threat intelligence specialists, go-to-market and customer-facing roles, and increasingly technical seats on engineering teams.
This is not a coordinator role or a specialist seat — you’ll run full-cycle recruiting on any roles thrown your way. This is a rare seat.
This Full Time role is for the Remote-First Recruiter — Full-Cycle, High-Growth Startup role at Kodex.
The Remote-First Recruiter — Full-Cycle, High-Growth Startup position in the Human Resources field is open for applications.
