Experienced Sr.HR Recruiter- Non IT. Work from Home; Female

The Talent Acquisition Executive will support end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT roles such as Sales, Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Admin, and Manufacturing. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR recruitment and client handling.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned job positions
• Source candidates using job portals, Linked In, references, and internal database
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and company fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate trackers
• Develop talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups until candidate joining

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
  Only experienced recruiters who can speak fluent English.

Graduate in any discipline

Work Mode: Work from home ( Full Time )

Working Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Policy: 2 Saturdays Off . Other Saturdays till 4pm.
