Recruitment Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Administrator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will manage job adverts, candidate records and interview scheduling end to end to keep the UK recruitment team moving.

• Post and refresh job adverts across job boards
• Screen applications against basic criteria
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Keep the ATS accurate and up to date
• Prepare offer paperwork and right to work checks

• Experience using an ATS such as Workable, Bullhorn or Manatal
• Excellent diary and scheduling skills
• Polished written English
• Discretion with candidate data
• Comfort juggling many open roles
• Nice to have agency recruitment exposure
