Stratas Corp LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to act as a strategic partner to leadership and hiring managers, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and compliance in a federal contractor environment. Occasional travel to job fairs is required.
You will lead recruiting across departments and contracts, forecast staffing needs, and ensure postings meet qualifications and regulatory requirements. Remote work with East Coast-Virginia preference, salary range $95k–$120k.
