Engine is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Product to own hiring across Product Delivery, from Product Managers to Product Design and Growth. You’ll partner directly with our C-level leaders and cross‑functional Directors to craft the organization that shapes how our products look, feel, and function for years to come.
This is a hands‑on seat: you’ll design sourcing, interview processes, and hiring standards for design at Engine, build market maps, and shape calibration rubrics.
