As a Senior Talent & Leadership Consultant, you will engage with motivated professionals exploring clarity, direction and leadership growth. You’ll lead structured, senior‑level conversations, introduce premium leadership resources, and support individuals in evaluating pathways aligned with their goals.

• Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with professionals exploring leadership development or career direction
• Support individuals navigating transitions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
• Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured consultations
• Apply your leadership, HR, talent development or consulting experience to support clients effectively
• Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
• Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, talent development, coaching, business development, professional services or similar senior fields
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
• Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision‑makers
• A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in leadership development
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
• Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach
• Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
