Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations across South Africa. This role will focus on providing expert guidance and support in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping a positive and productive employee experience, ensuring consistency and best practices are applied remotely.

• Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance.

• Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Support organizational development initiatives and change management efforts.
• Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and policy development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
