Retell AI is hiring a relentless outbound sourcer to build and own full candidate pipelines for our top roles. You will use Linked In Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby to reach exceptional candidates, hit weekly targets, and drive qualified pipelines for sales, support, and GTM roles.
This is a full-time 1099 contractor position. The role can be remote on Pacific Time or onsite at our Redwood City office. Compensation ranges from $2,150 to $4,250 USD per month, depending on experience and location.
