Senior Recruiter

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across the United States, from individual contributor positions through senior management. The role combines proactive sourcing, hiring manager partnership, pipeline development, candidate experience, offer negotiation, and recruiting analytics.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiation.
• Build talent maps and proactively source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Lead intake meetings and help hiring managers define candidate profiles and search priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines ahead of future hiring needs.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
• Use recruiting data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in interview processes and recruiting workflows.
• Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
• Support and contribute to established quality management processes.

• 5 - 7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple recruiting searches simultaneously.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments preferred.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring practices.
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and recruiting analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use recruiting data to support hiring decisions.
