• Source, attract, and vet candidates for a diverse range of roles across multiple industries, utilizing online platforms and remote networking strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and position requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of market trends and employment legislation relevant to the South African job market, particularly for roles impacting the Gauteng province.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the smooth onboarding of successful candidates.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a Recruitment Consultancy or in-house talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Strong sourcing skills, with proficiency in using various online recruitment tools and social media.
• Demonstrated understanding of the South African employment landscape and talent market, with an awareness of needs in areas like Pretoria .
