Remote Recruitment Consultant - Generalist

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding national team, based virtually and serving clients across Upington and beyond. This fully remote position requires a self-starter who can manage the entire recruitment process independently, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will work across various industries, placing diverse talent and building strong relationships with clients.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles and industries.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high quality of candidates presented to clients.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their specific staffing needs.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in generalist recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and role types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment .
• Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are essential.
