HR Recruitment Specialist

Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for their organization in Soweto . This role is essential for attracting and securing top talent to meet the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, understands the talent market, and is dedicated to building a strong talent pipeline in Gauteng .

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of the South African job market and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
