Employee Relations Specialist

Your new company Hays are partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation operating across the UK and Ireland to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your new role As Employee Relations Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers across a multi-site operation, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. You'll manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and probation cases from start to finish, ensuring a pragmatic and legally compliant approach throughout. In addition to casework, you'll support policy reviews, manager coaching, training initiatives and wider HR projects, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced ER professional looking for a varied and rewarding role.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience supporting and influencing managers across a multi-site environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. What you'll get in return Competitive package of up to £44,000.
