HR Generalist- Part-time

The HR Generalist plays a critical support role for the practice. HR Generalist executes on the core HR initiatives that impact the employees, administration and the practice.

• Assist with job postings, recruitment and interview process, in the applicant tracking system
• Set up onboarding and HR as needed
• Complete bi-weekly payroll process in ADP platform
• Track, update, and maintain ADP system
• Assist with benefits administration and employee programs as needed
• Maintain HR compliance with employee records, state, federal, and local labor laws and regulations
• Pay and track vendor invoices monthly
• Support the Director of Business Operations
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma required, associate’s degree or higher highly preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience required
• 1 year of payroll experience in ADP a plus
• Knowledge of employee labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
