CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to elevate our global TA function. You will own performance reporting, TA tech adoption, and system governance, with hands-on Workday administration and Phenom coordination. This remote, full-time role supports US and international teams and does not sponsor work authorization.
You’ll drive cost-aware technology decisions, build dashboards, and partner with HRIS, strategy, and TA leadership to optimize the candidate experience and outcomes.
