Remote Recruiter position at Circle R Recruiting located in Miami Beach, FL. Remote work with 1099 contractor status. Compensation is paid per driver hired.
Responsibilities- Work with managers at the client level to understand current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
- Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
- Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and resolve obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientation.
- Perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
- Company email access
- Qualified applicants sent daily
- Full support and open communication with upper management
- Hands‑on virtual training on all aspects of recruiting
- Weekly bonuses and incentives
- No experience required
- Willing to work during normal business hours to ensure desired results
- Customer service, recruiting, and logistics experience is a plus but not required
