Franklin Fitch is seeking a commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us in London. You will generate new business, actively source candidates, interview and mentor them, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates to exceed targets.
We offer a base salary of £27.5k–£32.5k with earning potential rising to six figures, fast promotions, dedicated L&D coaching, one day work-from-home, cycle-to-work, holiday incentives, and sabbaticals after 5 and 10 years.
