This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-person and remote work. Our preference is for the Senior People & Culture Business Partner to be based in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Toronto, or surrounding areas, with the ability to work from our Waterloo, Ontario office to support in-person collaboration and connection.
We offer a hybrid-flexible work environment. Most days, you choose where you do your best work, whether that’s your home office or our Waterloo office. On Wednesdays, Axonifers within commuting distance get together for Work from Work Wednesdays, a day for collaboration, connection, and time in person.
