HR Assistant

• Onboarding & Recruitment: Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide new hires through their onboarding process..
• Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files, ensuring compliance with privacy standards..
• Daily HR Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and company procedures..
• Administrative Support: Prepare HR reports, manage attendance records, and track leave requests (vacation, sick leave, PTO)..
• Culture & Events: Help plan company social events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives..

• 1+ years of administrative or HR experience (entry-level candidates with an HR degree/coursework welcome!)..
• Strong written and verbal communication skills..
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities..
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with HR software/ATS is a plus)..
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Salary: $22 – $25 hourly
