Role Description

The Human Capital Flourishment (HCF) Managing Partner is a full-time, hybrid leadership role based in Jeddah, with flexibility for partial remote work.

HCF goes beyond conventional Human Resources.

The Managing Partner is responsible for engineering the conditions in which people can flourish and achieve, professionally, intellectually, physically, socially, personally, and in their individual sense of meaning and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead Que Sechu’s HCF strategy across talent, culture, wellbeing, organizational development, learning, performance, rewards, leadership, and employee experience.
Continuously improve the conditions supporting employees’ mind, body, professional life, personal development, social connection, prosperity, inspiration, and achievement, while respecting individual autonomy, dignity, privacy, and personal boundaries.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align human flourishing with enterprise performance, transformation, and long-term strategy.
Build and maintain a genuinely merit-based employment system, where opportunity, advancement, recognition, reward, and responsibility reflect capability, contribution, integrity, growth, and performance.
Recognize and reward exceptional contribution while addressing sustained underperformance or misconduct through fair, proportionate, evidence-based corrective action.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
Develop measurable indicators for employee flourishing, engagement, prosperity, capability, retention, productivity, and organizational health.
Guide organizational and client transformations involving AI, automation, change management, workforce redesign, and emerging ways of working.
Mentor internal teams and contribute to Que Sechu’s thought leadership in human-capital innovation and organizational engineering.
Work across engineering, technology, consulting, and business teams to ensure human and technological transformation progress together.
