Senior People Operations Manager; Fully Remote

• Build and own the operational side of Tribe's people function, with Rippling as source of truth.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance, and employee advocacy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own systems, automation, and data, including integrations with Ashby and AI tools.
• Manage offer generation, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and time-off.
• Administer benefits, state registrations, compliance, and work authorization.

About You:

• Typically 7+ years owning HR operations and systems at scaling companies.
• Deep Rippling expertise, automation experience, and comfort with AI tools.
