Consultant - Organisational Design & Development

Our client, a respected management consultancy, is seeking a proactive Consultant specializing in Organisational Design & Development to join their team in Paarl . This role involves partnering with clients to create effective organizational structures, improve talent management processes, and foster a high-performance culture. You will be instrumental in helping organizations adapt to change, enhance employee engagement, and align their structure with strategic objectives.

• Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and agility.
• Design and implement new organizational models, job roles, and reporting lines aligned with client strategy.
• Develop and refine talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new organizational designs.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to foster a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in organisational design, HR consulting, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of organisational development theories, change management principles, and talent management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and organisational design tools is an advantage.
