Position: Human Resources Investigator – Employee Relations Department – Full time

Shift: Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible hours may be required to support operational needs. Position includes the potential for as-needed call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on organizational requirements and staffing needs.

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and remote work. When on-site presence is required, the primary work location will be Falling Leaf.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Conducts prompt and objective investigations into employee allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of employment policy or law. Investigates complaints received through the compliance and ethics hotline involving HR practices, leadership conduct, or workplace environment concerns. Interviews complainants, respondents, and witnesses to gather relevant facts. Collects and analyzes documentation, communications, and personnel records to support findings.
