People Services Associate (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a People Services Associate to join a dynamic HR team supporting employees and candidates throughout their journey, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing HR  this role, you'll combine your recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR operations experience to provide outstanding service while helping build a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing Serve as a primary point of contact for employee, manager, and candidate HR-related questions.

Coordinate interview scheduling, virtual interviews, background checks, and candidate logistics.

Support onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, offer audits, and coordination with Talent Acquisition and IT teams.

Maintain employee records and HR data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist employees and managers with HR policies, processes, and general support inquiries.

Create and update HR resources, guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.

Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams on projects and process improvements.

Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall employee and candidate experience.

Escalate sensitive situations when appropriate while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For3-4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or a related HR support role.

Experience supporting both recruiting processes and employee onboarding.

Hands-on experience with Workday, including employee data management, transactions, audits, and reporting.

Experience coordinating interviews, background checks, and candidate communications.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Experience working in a large, fast-paced organization.background in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.47/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
