Agilix Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be responsible for completing duties in various HR workstream functions including, but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, employee development, performance management, employee benefits, policy and procedure and various HR compliance activities. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and the Payroll & Benefits Manager.

This role will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assists Talent Acquisition team with Recruiting and Onboarding Duties
• Manages entry level to mid-level employee relations with rationality and empathy with assistance from Director of Human Resources and/or legal counsel as needed.
• Manages employee engagement initiatives with assistance from HR team.
• Assists with the development and administration of internal employee development and training plans.
• Completes federal, state, and local compliance reporting for HR department.
• Manages and records all reporting of employee incidents and Worker’s Compensation claims.
• Manages all Leave of Absence Policies with our third party vendor (Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, FMLA, etc.).
• Demonstrates commitment and adheres to the Company’s Core Values
• Other HR workstream Duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources related experience required.
• Intermediate level knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to strike a balance between rationality and empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information with complete discretion.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically the latest version of ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
