Director of HR

• On-site role based in Cleveland, OH with occasional work from home
• Less than 20% travel required
• $130K-$145K, plus an annual bonus up to 15%

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading teams and fostering professional development
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance
• Proven track record supporting organizational growth and change management, including acquisitions
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing organizations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years in HR, including 5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing setting
• Prior experience supporting acquisitions and HR integration
