- Utilize HRIS and other technology platforms to efficiently manage HR operations and data for a remote team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or Specialist role, with significant experience supporting remote employees.
- Strong understanding of international employment laws and HR best practices for remote work.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR technology tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
