• Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Resourcer or Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing.
• Proven ability to source candidates across diverse industries and skill sets.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable and productive working in a fully remote capacity .
