You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and vetting qualified candidates for a variety of industries. • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisement copy to attract top talent.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities within the ATS.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
