Senior Remote Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding virtual team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa, while serving clients nationwide. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent across various industries.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of client vacancies, operating in a fully remote capacity.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates nationwide.
• Conduct comprehensive remote interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers through virtual communication channels.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the post-offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or a related talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently and deliver results remotely.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport virtually.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at time management in a remote work setting.
