Human Resources Generalist; 1099 ) F​/M

We’re seeking a proactive, hands‑on HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience and strong ADP Workforce Now skills. Support HR operations, employee relations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and leadership initiatives.

• 3–5 years of well-rounded HR experience
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
• California employment law knowledge required
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee processes
• Support employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and employee needs
• Provide hands‑on HR support as needed

Part-time, 1099 contract. Hybrid — 2 days onsite in Pacoima, CA, with remote work the remainder of the week as needed.
