As a Human Resources Generalist, you will report directly to the Human Resources Business Partner and serve as a vital point of contact for employee-related queries. Your expertise in navigating HR policies and programs will ensure that all HR functions align with provincial legislation and corporate policies. You will work with a dynamic team to drive performance and facilitate resolutions in employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve people-related queries for colleagues and managers

• Advise on HR policies and compliance matters

• Manage employee life cycle activities through Dayforce

• Facilitate disability claims and return to work processes

• Champion employee safety and health program compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 3-4 years in HR with a focus on talent acquisition

• Experience with HRIS systems, Dayforce preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Authorized to work in Canada
