Recruitment Consultant - Human Resources

Our client, a well-regarded recruitment consultancy located in Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with a focus on placing Human Resources professionals. You will play a vital role in connecting talented HR practitioners with organizations seeking to build and strengthen their people functions. This position involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, client management, and business development within the HR space.

• Manage the entire recruitment process for Human Resources roles, from initial brief to successful placement.
• Source and attract qualified HR professionals through various channels, including networking and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' HR expertise and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR department needs.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Stay informed about HR industry trends and best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources recruitment.
• Solid understanding of various HR functions and job roles (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Manager, Recruitment Specialist).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage.
