Temporary Recruitment Administrator

Recruitment Administrator - Temporary 4-8 weeks

£17.53 per hour | 35 hours per week | Home-based

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator available to start ASAP to support our team with day-to-day recruitment activities. The assignment is initially 4 weeks, with the potential to extend.

Key responsibilities

Advertising vacancies and managing job adverts.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to candidate enquiries.
Maintaining talent pools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Supporting offer management and pre-employment checks.
Providing general recruitment administration support.

You must have previous recruitment administration experience, including job advertising, interview scheduling and candidate communications.

You'll have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and great communication and customer service skills. You must be comfortable working independently, picking up tasks with minimal supervision and managing competing priorities.
