Graduate Trainee Human Resources Assistant

Our client is seeking proactive and organized Graduate Trainee Human Resources Assistants to join their People Operations team in Randburg . This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, offering comprehensive exposure to HR functions and practices. You will support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting the employee lifecycle within a hybrid work model.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Help organize company events and training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and employment law is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
