As a Talent Partner
, you will play a pivotal role in driving candidate and client engagement across our ecosystem. This is an entrepreneurial, high-autonomy role designed for self-motivated recruiters who want the backing of an award-winning brand, innovative tools, and multiple revenue streams.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize AI-assisted technology and traditional networking to source, screen, and select top-tier candidates.
- Client Engagement: Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients, supporting their talent, executive search, and HR consulting needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of talent across multiple business verticals.
- End-to-End Placement: Facilitate smooth recruitment processes that result in successful, lasting placements.
- Experienced: Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search (commission-based experience is a plus).
- Forward-Thinking: Tech-savvy, comfortable leveraging modern recruitment software, AI tools, and digital platforms.
