This remote role requires you to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to final offer negotiations. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify candidates across diverse roles
• Engage passive candidates via various sourcing methods
• Manage interview processes and extend offers
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Track weekly candidate progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting for SaaS or cybersecurity
• Expertise in sourcing with Linked In and Boolean searches
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel for candidate tracking
• Strong communication skills in English
