Reporting to the Manager of People Operations, you will serve as a subject matter expert within HR Shared Services. Key skills include operational case management, employee-centered support, and collaborative teamwork.
Your role will ensure effective administration of the Salary Continuance program and enhance employee experiences through process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer disability-related absences from intake to return-to-work
• Provide guidance on timelines and documentation for employees
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate case management
• Maintain compliance and perform audits on HR data
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of disability and absence management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to engage in process improvement and learning
• Sound judgement for effective risk management
