HR Generalist / Talent Management
Location: Town of Texas
Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with regional leaders, coach, counsel and train staff, and ensure compliant HR practices across communities. The role involves in-person visits and advising on day-to-day people issues.
The position is full-time and hybrid with travel up to 25%, and candidates must reside in major markets (Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Austin, TX). A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR Generalist experience are preferred.
